"You can tell this is an older hotel but it is nicely maintained and very clean. There are shuttles that take you to the parks and Disney Springs. I only wish breakfast was included. It’s a lovely place to stay with amazing amenities."

"This hotel is run-down. Parking is expensive and if you want to use their transportation to theme parks there is a cost of $13 per person, it’s cheaper to pay parking at the theme parks with a family of 5. Housekeeping needs to be requested and it does not feel necessary clean. Not many dinner options are available. Their only super nice asset is their pool. Hotel needs a make over. I would not stay here again."

"The site on expedia said it would be all inclusive 10 days..It was not. In addition, only 2 pools and the weirdest thing, no restaurants!,..just 2 bars for 500+ people!.. I guess nobody eats there. Although the staff was very nice, the grounds outside were super cared for, it was not worth the money. The had to replace the AC units filter during our stay. Room was a little smelly but service did a good job cleaning daily."

"This is a great family hotel! We loved our stay and filling up for breakfast each morning. I had nothing but positive experiences with all tiers of staff. The hotel itself was great and everything we needed. It’ll be AmAzING when the Starbucks opens up. They didn’t very many nondairy options that are healthy for creamer. Regarding the shuttle service, the staff was great! Sometimes there was a long wait or the multiple park pickups made things unpredictable. It was hard to get back to the hotel and deal with Disney’s extensively long lines."
