"People in the office are very friendly and nice. This place should be very nice but I don’t know what’s going on cause seem like it’s going downhill. I don’t know why because it was a nice place."

"Room was clean but smelled funny when the air wasn’t on. Had great experience with staff except one guy. That was trying to get me to sit in a time share presentation. When we initially started talking I was simply asking about a room credit that was told to me at check in. I wanted to specify where the credit could be used. He proceeded to try to get me to do breakfast at a sister hotel and that it would be a time share presentation. I would have to pay a deposit when he mentioned deposit I told him no. He quickly changed his attitude and told me I wouldn’t be able to use my room credit on the final day. Other than that decent experience. The pool has a wonderful vibe "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The Good: The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with access to a lot of different attractions, restaurants, and stores. The hotel offers a lot of activities (for a fee) and the pool was fantastic. The Not-So-Good: Expedia didn’t mention that there was a $150 deposit at check-in. Upon arrival, we were notified that all of Kissimmee was without internet/cable, so we had no TV the first night. The beds were old and extremely hard. For the price, it was a good deal though."

"I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they only clean your room every 3 days. I have never stayed somewhere where you only get room service every 3 days. My room trash was piling up and I had to request for new towels even though it clearly states in the policy that you get new towels everyday and the trash gets taken out everyday. Also when I called the front desk to ask why our room didn’t get serviced and ask for new towels the man was extremely rude and nasty and hung up on me mid conversation. I went to the lobby and asked him if he had hung up on me and he said yes I did with no care in the world. I had never experienced such treatment like this before. Apart from that this hotel caters to kids they had so much to do to entertain the kids. While at breakfast they have cartoon characters come out and great the kids (like SpongeBob) my son loved it. If they updated their policy on room service I would for sure stay here again."

"Traveled with my nieces and nephew. Property was big enough for our accommodations. Check in was busy but that’s expected due to Disney being close by."
