"Food was lovely. Staff were very happy and kind and helpful. The room, i had a coyrtyard room, was beautiful, clean and spacious. This was one of the best places i have stayed. "

"The room was dusty and cobwebs were around the inside of the window and we had spiders in there. The hotel was not very well maintained, could do with painting and upgrading of some of the furniture. The wooden panelling in pool area needs attention as well. We booked breakfast for 9am and when we arrived the scrambled eggs were dried up, no black pudding, no bacon and no butter available. Parking was fine. I had wanted to stay at the hotel for a while and was disappointed with my overall experience and would not visit agan."

"The front desk staff and staff at breakfast were polite, friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. My room including large screen TV was very clean and spacious. It was an excellent stay. Thank you."

"Doors need seeing to. Fire doors, bedroom doors need to have a slow closing fitted to them constant banging doors throughout our stay. Rooms could do with some update they are clean but outdated and paint peeling away."
