Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

the check in process here was horrible, when we arrive their is no front desk only a desk for the security guard. And he was not helpful at all. In order to get in we later found out that we had to call Expedia customer number in vietnam to connect us to the owner of the room that we booked. He then would give us the mail box that he put the key card in and then we would use that key card to use the elavator to get to the room ...all this communication was done on what's app text. Then once we got to the room the key card did not open up the room...so we texted him back and then he gave us a code for the door!! crazy!
also note that the trash has to be manually dumped by you everyday , the toliet paper is limited to 3 roles (for a 3 bedroom suite with 2 baths) and some dirty thin wash towels that will not get replaced. So we would never book or stay here again!

"Had a great couple of nights here. I arrived early but was lucky and a room was available. The absolute best part of my room was the view! It was fantastic as it looked over to the marina. The mini bar is free as is the snack and the bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was serviceable. Very good ..."
