"The house is extremely clean and beautiful with access to the river in the backyard. Location is closed to town, restaurants, parks, hiking trails, ski. The host is very nice and breakfast is wonderful."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how quiet the area was and that was a big plus. My only criticism was that it was too hot in the room. I turned the heat off at bedtime but it never got any cooler. If we stayed again we would open windows sooner. "

"This property was perfect in location. We really loved our stay there before a cruise and would definitely stay there again. Very kind staff, quiet bed and breakfast, delicious homemade breakfast and nice homemade treats during the day along with coffee, tea and pop. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had lots of amenities and plush towels and bathrobes. "

"This was a very nice place to stay! Walkable to the harbor and many restaurants and breweries. I felt very safe in the area. Just know Vancouver is very hilly and this BnB has about 15 stairs to get to the house. Very welcoming host - made you feel right at home and very helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay -- comfy bed with nice linens, very clean, elegant breakfast, and great location. Although it is not an isolated home (neighbors are close), once inside it feels very cozy and relaxing. Short walk to Capilano suspension bridge and short drive (5 mins) up to Grouse Mountain. We drove 10-15 mins into North Vancouver waterfront area for some nice dinners out. Enjoyed conversation with Brian, our host, at breakfast. "

There were a couple of things that could have made it a more comfortable experience. The dishwasher smelled awful, I suspect the drain needs to be cleaned. There were no streaming services available, no extra towels, weird things like liquid soap had been refilled in a foam dispenser so you had to fight it...
