"Perfect for a family of four"

"This is definitely a 2 or 3 Star Motel. All buildings are older and show sign of neglect (ie Broken Baseboards, Paint peeling on exteriors, old Window Shaker AC's etc). Everything in the room was clean and worked as it should. Linens were fine and Bed was comfortable, except that I hate those Little Pillows on a King Bed instead of having proper King size Pillows The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Parking Lot was very tight for my fullsize Pick-up. The Breakfast was a Cold Buffet (Cereal, Yogurt, fruit, juice) but did have Pre-Cooked Packaged Egg Muffin choices and Pancakes for Microwave heating. Overall, not a highly desirable Motel, BUT ... The location is convenient and for our 1-Night stay, it was a good value and we got exactly what we expected "

"Nice big room with a great kitchenette. The only problem was when we checked in our room was at 32 degrees. It was sweltering. A nice young man came up and said put on the air conditioning. It did take several hours for it to cool down. "
