We weren’t sent any emails/communication prior to check in so were a little worried upon arrival but there is information on the door when you arrive and a WhatsApp number that was super responsive so we didn’t have any issues completing the online check in."

"Good hotel in a great location. Breakfast were more limited as it was probably a more traditional Spanish breakfast. If you are an international traveller looking for a wide assortment of items at the breakfast buffet, then you may not like this part very much. I personally had no issues with it as I enjoy trying the local food."

"Very nice hotel in the very centre of Granada, a few steps away from the mosque and many other attractions. The hotel has cozy public areas. Our room (402) was a decent size - we would probably book a bigger one next time. The room amenities included a safe, mini fridge and coffee/tea maker, all of them were very convenient! Breakfast was excellent for a hotel with an 3 star rating, with good variety of savoury and sweet foods. We also used the nearby parking and the staff was really helpful and gave us clear instructions when we arrived at the property. On the flipside, we had an issue with the bathroom which emanated a bad smell, probably due to the drainage system. It was acceptable in the beginning and got much worse on the second night, to the point that it kept me awake at night. I appreciate it’s not an easy problem to fix and I can’t generalise and claim this affects all rooms, etc.. The staff couldn’t do much (there was no other room available) but I have appreciated the fact that they kept asking us about the situation, which showed some empathy. In the end it got better on the last night of our stay. My only piece of advice for the management is to take this seriously and look into issue as it can severely affect the guest experience. Thank you!"
