10/10 Excellent
The front desk, hospitality, restaurant staff were all excellent.
The ambiance was excellent, albeit great distances within the hotel to get to rooms.
The time of the year was unfortunate - tail end of monsoons, but managed to have a great time in the pool, as against the beach.
The food was predominantly catering to the western and North Indian and a few south Indian tourists, hence the lack of some authentic Goan cuisine. However the spread was diverse and good.
