"We took a shuttle from Pearson airport and it was very easy to navigate and close to the airport. The check in process was great and that staff easily accommodated by late check in and late check out. The noise level was minimal and the continental breakfast was incredible. Great stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and utilizing Pearson Airport "

"They don’t have any ice machines anywhere on property. They will not give you an ice bucket unless you buy their wine. It’s actually ridiculous. They will give you a cup of ice ir a bag of ice that melts all over your room. Check in is a hassle. This hotel is lacking and needs big improvements….not that impressed"

"Shuttle was easy to find, and it was good that they “booked” the shuttle for the morning, you didn’t need to worry about wondering if you’d get on. Staff were exceptional! "

"Ended up staying here after having to leave another extremely unsafe hotel - and thank goodness we did. We spoke to a lady named Rose on the phone, explained our situation and she ensured we were set up when we got there with the front desk. The gentleman at the front, Roy - was an absolute sweetheart and after hearing the horrors we went through he provided us with free upgrades and a few perks so he ensured our stay was nothing like the last place. An hour after we checked in, we heard the phone ring only for it to be Roy ensuring the room was up to our standards, clean, and we felt safe here - it was the sweetest gesture ever. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and spotless - it screams luxury. 10/10 would stay again, the staff are lovely, everything is so close to walking distance or shirt uber. It wasn’t too expensive compared to some and had a pool and everything we didn’t even get to try because there was so much to do!"
