"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front. First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly. Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space. It is a common practice that allows developer to build higher. We had no issues with people hanging out there. Not a single one. We absolutely loved hanging out in the "Living Room". Such a beautiful and welcoming space. And the bar upstairs was spectacular! The bathroom/shower is the typical frosted glass. So I went down to the lobby to use the bathroom most days. I like privacy in that area of my life. 😃 We did wish that there were outlets on both sides of the bed. That was about it for suggestions. I hope you enjoy your stay! Thanks for the beautiful memory citizenM! "
