"Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. (...

"After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans). "

"The staff are lovely here - they can't do enough for you. The swimming pool is a decent size and well-maintained. The hotel breakfast is great.The rooms are spacious with decent facilities but could do with some renovating. There is no bar at the hotel but there is one on the beach about 10 minutes walk away - drinks are pricey though. All in all, a good deal for holidaymakers on a budget."

"The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes.
