Okay-ish

Classical large holiday hotel, including animation and some other activities. The complex is actually quite nicely decorated and laid out, but not well maintained and in need of renovation - more like 2.5 or 3 stars, not 4. Cleanliness is okay. Staff is friendly, food and beverages are somewhat varied, but of very average quality. Some stuff like cocktails, or even fresh orange juice, has to be paid for even with the all-inclusive plan (which only includes basics like artificial fruit juice)

La propreté, la bouffe et l'animation sont les points forts de cet hôtel. Le personnel (à part quelques au resto et à la réception) sont très souriants, très serviables et très aimables. Le confort des chambres est très moyens. Le type de construction est très minimaliste. Séjour satisfaisant dans sa globalité.

Séjour agréable . Grand complexe avec beaucoup trop de monde en cette période de crise sanitaire Très belle chambre .restaurant parfait Animateurs sympathique. Mal organisé pour le dîner du nouvel an . + de 30 mn a chercher notre table . Beau spectacle .feu d'artifice et soirée géniale Le dîner était excellent.

On the whole satisfied with hotel.

While the hotel was good in general the customers were not! The hotel had compulsory face mask wearing signs very few complied with this order and lack of social distancing was a concern. The hotel staff should have been stricter in enforcing this, actually there was no enforcement by hotel staff on any health issues. The hotel allowed indoor smoking which was annoying. Could have been better in providing a bigger selection of food but what was provided was good.

La surprise dès que l'on rentre un palais digne des mille et une nuit Chambre propre, nous avons été bien accueilli. On nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur la piscine,on nous a donc surclassé. Bonne équipe d'animation, très entrainant et très drôle

Hotel agreable, familial. ...dans l ensemble correct, sauf un gros probleme concernant le bar, surtout lorsque vous reglez une formule all inclusive et que l'on vous sert des boissons alcoolisées, dont le contenu des bouteilles a ete coupé moitié alcool moitie eau.... (gin, vodka, cedratine et j en passe.....) une certaine arnaque.....dommage pour la credibilite de cet hotel....et le serieux des services apporté aux clients.

Le personnel esr d une gentillesse incroyable, mention spéciale pour Mourir (chef du thé et chicha) , les réceptionniste et le pour le service animation. Toujours le sourire, toujours de bonne humeur, toujours à danser et nous entraîner dans leurs bonne humeur.

Une merveille

Nous y avons passés seulement quelques jours la semaine de la rentrée scolaire donc période calme. Nous avons été vraiment agréablement surpris de l'hôtel, de la qualité des services, de la nourriture et du personnel ! Le personnel était efficace et très agréable. Nous avons demandé à rajouter une nuit et nous avons arrangé ça rapidement à la réception ! Nous avons aussi participé aux animations et sachant que nous étions un couple de danseurs, nous avons eu une attention spéciale de leur part ! Nous avons logé dans la 8236, soit dans le nouveau bâtiment. La décoration est très recherché tt comme celle de la réception, nous en sommes amoureux. Le restaurant très beau aussi et la nourriture vraiment excellente ! Et ce que nous avons apprécié, étant en all inclusif, nous attendions à recevoir le typique coca pression coupé à l'eau, et bien nous avons été agréablement surpris de recevoir de vrai bouteille. Du jamais vu en all inclusif et là on se rend compte que pour une fois un hôtel à le souhait de traiter correctement ses clients. Un hôtel qui nous a permis de décompresser même en quelques jours et c'est pas qlq chose que nous rencontrons beaucoup ces dernières années en Tunisie. Nous y sommes venus en couple et nous regardons déjà les prix pour l'année prochaine à la même période pour y aller avec notre fille.

Très bel hôtel à la deco typique avec un personnel très serviable et sympathique la cuisine est riche et très variée petit bémol pour ls desserts qui ne sont pas terribles et le rosé qui a l air d être dilué à l eau .... Équipe d animation au top avec spectacles le soir de qualité ..plage turquoise avec transats et parasols .. exercent séjour de 10 jrs en famille ..je recommande. .

Hôtel très agréable avec une bonne situation géographique. J'ai apprécié l'espace piscine et l'accès direct à la plage. Ok first off all the room full with Miskito . Second the restaurant staff is very rude, receptions stuff they missing skills off customer services and I reserved the room 3 months ego when i got there they gave me different room and the windows and the door separating room did not work ( did not ) close. Price is too high plus you have to give tips for all the services like (room service, gym, restaurant) so my advice don’t even bother to go there.
