"The reception staff were wonderful when checking in and out The position was close to the beach and fantastic The room was clean and bed very comfortable But The restaurant staff couldn’t of made us feel more UNCOMFORTABLE The food was very poor, not fresh, not crispy, just awful Not worth the money we paid We even had to ask for some ingredients as they were missing of the platter Disgusting. So much so we went elsewhere for breakfast"

"When we arrived, our room had a significant cleaning solution/perfumy scent which had triggered an asthma reaction for my partner. Upon advising the staff, Shannon at reception went above and beyond to find us another room. We ended up in a fabulous room that was very clean with more than ample amenities we would need. Mandy at the buffet breakfast was lovely and upbeat. She also went above and beyond for one of my friends who had a food allergy. The food quality and price was amazing. Well done to the staff! Fantastic service! We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time 😁"

"Pet friendly cabins. Amenities were awesome. Managers were awesome. We got two free coffee vouchers for the onsite cafe. Very clean rooms and smells fresh . Pool was nice an cool . Bbqs, hot plates, gas plates in the communal kitchen. The communal bathrooms very clean . Look forward to staying again for abit longer next time."
