"Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day"

"I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus. The facilities are basic ie no refrigerator and no tea and coffee making set up in the room which is typical I think for a budget hotel in Europe. Beds are cheap but I slept well and my back was fine. Staff...

"Right from checking in when Debra welcomed is till the last day it felt very comfortable....a very easy environment. Debra and Guido run an amazing show with attention to detail and always with a solution. Even a request for some special food for our furry four legged was so promptly dealt with! Warmth every where. Seham and Hermano in the restaurant and bar were always there with a smile. And if you want a view...ask for room 28!"
