Loved the Pool and daily activities. Has a resort feel to it. The breakfast buffet is 2nd to none! Only issue is the response times from the front desk. This way be a high season problem however, seeing how we traveled in early Aug.

Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) ...
