"The property and surroundings are great, however they are getting the basics wrong which leads to an overall negative experience. Checkin in was delayed by 30 mins. Our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in, we needed to chase twice for it to be cleaned. In fact any housekeeping request throughout our stay needed to be chased multiple times. "Well located with very nice staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both clean and spacious even though my second one was a single bedroom. The hotel is next to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It’s nested by the hill so it’s quiet. "
