"Bathtub caulking was covered in mold. No drain plug for tub had to use washcloth. broken usb plugs in bed. Asked for extra pillows was told there were none. Upon check in the hotel manager was at the desk. One hello, one ask for my credit card, one key card given and room number other than that no other words spoken. No information about my charges etc. breakfast was terrible. Beds have tiny pillows. AC is noisy, smart tvs but no streaming bring your own stick, "

"Great stay overall, close to Six Flags, comfortable room, and modern decor. I had room 510, which I had requested top floor which was provided, it was a 2 queen, with comfortable beds, it was clean, and at check in staff was friendly and efficient! The room was quiet too. I liked how breakfast was until 10am, and there was a lot to choose from, everything was great, including 2 choices of waffle flavors, and blueberries and strawberry's! There were a few negatives, including BOTH plugs between the bed not working and the shower gel was nearly empty. I liked how the shower head was mounted high although the shower gel/shampoo being mounted so high would likely make it difficult for a child to use. I liked how they provided 2 bars of soap! Overall, it was a great stay. Check out is 11am, in morning I asked if I could check out at noon, but the best they could offer was 11:30am. The pool area outside looks great but I didn't use it but is open until 10pm! "

"It was disgusting. Had mold, cigaretta burns on the tub, crack in the tub, cigarette burns in the comforter, carpet was stained badly, smelled like mildew and old cigarettes. Along with an ungodly smell from the room next to it with the ceiling tour out, EVERYTHING saturated from what i would assume a very old unadressed water leak. And we had to fight with them to get a refund because it just wasn't bearable to even stay there and was over $300 for 2 nights in this condition. Most definitely did not get comoensated enough for the hassle it took to get a refund, on top of having to find another hotel at last minute since we were no where near home. "
