I did not like the insite parking lot. It is very hard to enter into and exit from the parking because it is very tiny. I hit my rented car twice while I was exiting the parking. Parking out side is also hard because of limited spaces. I needed help from the hotel stuff each time I needed to park.

Staff try to look for ways to rip you off throughout ur stay. For example when I got to the hotel my taxi driver charged me 45 riyal. I asked the hotel to book me a taxi upon my departure and instead they booked me an Uber which cost 150 riyal (charged me triple). It’s very disappointing to see staff take advantage of vulnerable tourists.

Wonderful helpful staff, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was so good with many choices, hot and cold. A little noisy. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel
Very pleasant stay. Room are comfortable and with quality equipment. Buffet breakfast reopened (was stopped due to COVID) recently. Buffet is good and offer a wide range of choices.

Good for long stay, to feel at home
Room are spacious and bed is comfortable with a lot of closets and. Furniture (TV, microwave, washmachine, fridge... are clean and in good condition. Clim are a bit noisy (despite it's supposed to be good quality ones (LG)).Room need se minor repairs to prevent high deterioration. Wifi is sometimes weak.

Couples aren’t allowed to stay in the same room unless they have marriage certificate but they can book two different rooms individually and stay in one room together if they want (hypocrisy).

The receptionist called me by name from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. I do not even know how she remembers that many names.. I had a one night layover..so I told them I want get a quick experience of the city. They called me a cab and gave me a list of things to see/do. I shall return :)

Breach booking condition ( Airport Transfer)
Booked the hotel for 18 hours transit time. Although the hotel location i an quite and narrow road, the service was very good. Received an welcome tea with dates at the time of check in. We have an early flight, so requested for a airport transfer in advance. At the booking i was informed that the airport transfer will be free and included in the price. Sadly, they did not keep the word and just refused to give free Airport transfer. This is the only negative point of the hotel. The booking confirmation also says free airport transfer!!! Used the hotel restaurant and it was good.

Great price and service, could improve cleanliness
Spent a night there as we had a long transit. The shuttle service was good. The staff members were quite courteous. Room was quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Just had an issue with cleanliness - the carpet was dirty and there was an "aroma" of frying fish. No other issues.

This is not your 5 star hotel. But for those on a budget it is excellant! Very clean; Very nice staff; huge, I mean huge (the size of a small apartment). Free airport shuttle. All for about $72 including tax.
