I waited long time before getting the room and that was in smoking area I complained they told me they'll change my room next day but they didn't I'm not really happy at all please pass my comments to hotel management thanks

The hotel is well positioned for moving around, walking distance to a metro station, shopping mall and dining options. The hotel itself was clean really friendly door staff and housekeeping but we had to change one of our rooms as it was above an area used for a night club, really noisy, The dinging options in the hotel were really expensive and in my opinion overpriced.

I would like to thank Miss Chaima at the reception she was a great person and helpful host. I wish her the best the stay is nice. Moreover, the two girls at the breakfast centre was so great receptionist as well Majedah and Maryam. These three girls deserve the best. I wish that you reward them they made the stay nice and pleasant. One bad experience only, a guy name Georg( he’s bold) i think he’s a manager or something. He closed the elevator while i was waiting. He let an employee beginning and enjoying it in-front the guest..!!! He has that bad manager’s altitude. Other than this bad experience everyone else was so respectful and nice. Thank you Nawwaf.

Ordered the hotel for a couple with one 11 year old child. Upon arrival was told that an extra bed for the child would cost USD300. Complete madness especially when the room itself cost USD270 per night plus ordered room including child
