Plenty of local shops nearby. Good facilities. Just need to improve on the breakfast buffet
Great 3 day stay with unbelievable friendliness from all staff I met. Reception, cleaners security all helped me out at different times of stay would definitely recommend
Staff were excellent and very attentive. Room was big and comfortable and shower was spacious which was great. Repetitive breakfast which wasnt too bad as there are so many cafes and room service was always available. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely reccomend.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit random for a westerner but quite comprehensive. Pool/Gym area well maintained. My room was a little dated but clean and tidy, some rooms appeared to be being renovated.

Good value for money
Friendly service in a good standard hotel. Cheap rates. OK breakfast. Pool area and the common areas a bit run down and old fashioned.
Locationwise, you cannot really walk anywhere.
I cannot complain, comfortable bed.
We arrived by taxi and that didn’t have a meter. The driver tried charging us an exorbitant price. A hotel employee spoke with the driver to resolve the issue, which saved us a lot of money.
The women working at checkin were extremely helpful.
Room n washroom was small. Not enough space
Front desk staff was very rude. When ever we asked her some information never explained well and informed us to come later. It happened 2 to 3 times. When ever we see her on the front desk we don't go and wait for the next staff to come and then we go to the front desk for help.
Hotel staff service was redculous.
They charged me 50QR for the way back to airport and didn't give me any receipt.
They just said no problem, no problem. Then they rquested me to get back to the hotel.
Breakfast menue is so limited.
The only good thing is that the accomodation fee was cheap. Yet it is cheap because the service is cheap.

Okay hotel for stop-over
Okay hotel for stop-over. More tourist hotel than 4 star. A little worn bathroom, but but big and spacious room. Near Souq Waqif. Water in pool is not heated and cold in evening. Service at front desk was a litte odd. During check in they started discussing price with another customer and generally front desk was not friendly. Security staff was great. Make sure you ask for blue taxi for going somewhere, or else they will get you an over twice as expensive driver without a meter but no extra comfort from the taxies. No taxis/shuttles outside hotel as they told us before arriving when asked for an early taxi.
This hotel is in a poor neighborhood in Doha, Qatar. All of the hotels in this area are old and not renovated. This hotel has limited Dining options, because there are so many people with cancelled flights who get free lunch at this hotel. When I came for lunch and dinner, there was no place to sit. Also, the breakfast was terrible. The most disturbing experience was the arrival experience. The security rudely joked my suitcase out of my hand, and told me to leave my suitcase by the door before checking in. There is an unacceptable and an acceptable way to speak with guests. After all, without guests it is impossible for the hotel to make money and pay its employees. *** When the room was cleaned, the staff moved the furniture and my shoes, but did not return the furniture and my shoes to the proper spot. When I arrived back at the hotel at night, I had to tell the staff to move the furniture back. I should have not had to do this. Terrible service, and very little professionalism from the staff.

sauber
nahe Metro und zentral
gutes Frühstück mit frischgemachten Omlette
Outdoor-Pool
hilfsbereites Personal
Straße vom Hotel ist zentral nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Verbesserungspotential:
Top Preis sauber nett staff immer wieder
