Wasted opportunity to gain a customer

The hotel in general is OK. The price was good for World cup times, and has everything we needed for those days. The problem was because of the support given to an agreement for a late check out, that the reception / manager, I think didn't manage well. They requested a lot amount of money, in any case I accepted, because needed to stay longer, but they did not respect my resting time, doing calls asking for confirmation in the morning, pushing for me to leave before the time agreed, besides some cleanliness issues with a big stain on the carpet in front of my room 307, noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. This opportunities for this kind of hotels to be known in this particular case was totally wasted, and I will NEVER come back.
