"Despite having given an expected time of arrival there was no one at the premises. We phoned and text the number given and it took a good 20 minutes for someone to respond so we could check in.
We had asked for an air conditioned room and this was not given, from other friends staying it, appears none of the rooms have this facility. The bed creaked so badly it woke us up any time someone moved. The room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we were there, no fresh towels or bins emptied. No staff...

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options.
Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting
from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening.
Dogs are welcome too! I can really...

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."

"The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm."
