"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very nice, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Amazing view as well! It was spotlessly clean, with fresh bed linen and clean towels. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this place."

"Clean rooms, actually the rooms are SO cute, cozy, and quaint! The hosts are the most genuinely lovely, down to earth, caring, and most hospitable people! I am so lucky to have met them and stayed at their beautiful bed and breakfast."

"Dimitris was extremely helpful; flexible with timing and helpful with luggage and suggestions for itinerary, taking into account weather. Rooms are very comfortable. Good temperature control. Nice and clean toilets with ample hot water. "

"Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two days with no apology from the staff. The sauna is small and cramped. There are strange odors, especially in the floor above the sauna/spa facility. The restaurant is cold and uninviting, and the breakfast selection is limited and unimaginative. (Fortunately, there are several excellent restaurants nearby.) The accommodation included breakfast. The chutzpah was charging extra for the coffee with breakfast. There is no mention of a charge for coffee anywhere. They surprise you with the coffee charge at checkout. This hotel website is full of dishonest advertising. Overall, this establishment falls far short of the quality, transparency, and professionalism one should expect from a Boutique hotel & spa. "

"First time at Gefyri and I would go back in a second. Staff was awesome ! Location to the town great , next to the famous Konitsa bridge. Parking was easy. Mr Thimios at the desk was a pro making sure everything was to our liking. "

"I try to write balanced reviews with both the positives and negatives, It would be impossible to come up with a negative for the Pirrion Wellness Hotel. It was pure bliss. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as a special guest. The hosts were absolutely lovely. Warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the best shower we have had in our 5 weeks in Greece. Breakfast was great. A good selection of food with something for everyone. Parking was easy and the hotel was in a central location to visit all the other villages. We had dinner in the restaurant all three nights and it was great. The food was good and the prices reasonable. We can not recommmend this place enough and will definitely be back."
