"The check in was rough. I had to wait 1.5 hrs before our room was ready. There was a lot of miscommunication about the room. Carissa, the front desk, stepped in and helped by offering breakfast due to all the problems. My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours to get there only to wait another 1.5 for the wrong room. We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 check in. Other than that it was wonderful."

"The room was clean but the air freshener was SO overbearing! I have asthma and it was triggering it every time I walked in the room! The beds were comfortable though the pillows were tiny. The shower would get scalding hot briefly a few times. The remodel was nice but why not change the 1950s door knobs? Also the bathroom is very tiny BUT the heater was a very nice touch! ! Air temperature was easy to control and kept the room comfortable. The breakfast was ok but the staff reprimanded an employee right in front of me and it was very inappropriate and awkward. Overall I’d stay there again good price for the money."

"Overall: Not amazing but not the worst. Pros: The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting around the mirror was awesome for doing makeup in the morning. Shower was spacious and the water got hot quickly. The location is ideal for accessing everything in Pigeon Forge. There are restaurants in walking distance, as well as trolley stops to get to the more touristy hot spots. Cons: LOUD. Oh wow. You can hear everything from the road inside the room. We were on the 5th floor, right side of the building. Directly across a narrow street is a Go Kart track that ran races until 11 on a Thursday and past midnight over the weekend. The hotel is on a major road with traffic at all hours. If you are, in any way, a light / sensitive sleeper I would not recommend staying here. Pictures also make the spaces around the hotel look much larger than they actually are. The lobby and breakfast area are much smaller than pictured. Not a huge deal, but felt a bit catfish-y. "
