"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."

"The hotel stay was pleasant. Very clean, convenient free parking right at the hotel, breakfast was plenty. Optional dinner on most days. You can start your hikes right at the hotel. I liked the guest kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker and filled refrigerator. The hotel takes the risk counting on honest guests. I really felt good about it. "Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"I was quite pleased with my stay here. It was perfect and economical for my purposes. The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"Wir waren anlässlich des Kristallmarathons hier. Da es am Wettkampftag früh los ging, hat das Hotel den Laufgästen ein frühes Frühstück angeboten. Nicht selbstverständlich und mega zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant war auch sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen. "

"Se nota que la pensión fue renovada recientemente y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario y son súper limpias. El desayuno es muy rico y la atención de los dueños es muy destacable, son muy amables y te orientan en caso de que tengas cualquier duda o si pides alguna recomendación. La pequeña población donde se encuentra esta pensión es tranquila lo cuál es perfecto para descansar."
