Only difficulty was finding the parking. GPS navigation called for driving up the pedestrian plaza, vice the road behind hotel."

"By the looks of the hotel online itโ€™s very elegant. But itโ€™s much dirtier, smells like cigarettes, and room is tiny. A lot of noise outside due to poor insulation. "Unfortunately the stay was way worse than expected. Of course, no one expects the decorative pillows to be super clean, but white stains?! Waiters, lady at the bar and a receptionist expecting a baby are super friendly. Rest of the personnel were not really glad to visitors. The toilet seat was not even assembled properly and it was detached from the floor. The soap dispenser had hair of a person who shaved there ages before. Bar furniture has holes all over. It's a pity to spend hours driving...

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banskรก ล tiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel advertises a pool and sauna, but it is open for only two hours a day and we had to request they let us in and turn it on.
