Espacios públicos amplios, acogedores, excelentes las instalaciones de piletas termales y spa. Es una instalación muy mueva, hay que dar tiempo a que mejore el jardín y crezca la arboleda. El restaurant y su satélite en el spa tiene que mejorar, tiene una buena carta y precios muy razonables, pero es un tanto rígido depender de reservas, sobre todo cuando se llega de viaje. El personal de restaurant es amable y solícito, pero les falta ganar velocidad y disminuir los olvidos.

RELAX con Mayúsculas

El personal es extremadamente cálido y colaborador, todos buscan que uno la pase lo mejor posible. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, amplio servicio de toallas y batas, aire acondicionado muy silencioso, una Wi-Fi con excelente cobertura y velocidad, un desayuno bien completo, y diferentes opciones para baños termales. La oferta gastronómica del restaurant del hotel es muy buena, alimentos de calidad, varios platos son tan abundantes que lo lógico es compartir, la carta de vinos es lógica para la propuesta y los precios son acomodados para la calidad que se ofrece (no se gasta más que en una parrilla/bodegón y se come mucho mejor). Muy recomendable para quienes busquen tranquilidad y relajarse unos días.

El hotel es muy lindo,lo mejor es el personal que atiende ,desde maestranza hasta conserjería, el único inconveniente es que la pileta climatizada interna estaba fría ,un día de lluvia y con el hotel lleno ,afuera solamente la más pequeña climatizada ,el desayuno podría estar mejor para un 4 estrellas .Mucho ruido en el lóby del hotel hasta la 1 de la madrugada .Lo demás impecable .

Me gustó: el lugar, el edificio y la limpieza. No me gustó: había poca gente trabajando para la cantidad de pasajeros que había y el wifi funcionaba muy mal!!! (la red que figuraba como de las habitaciones no funcionaba y había que conectarse por una de invitados que era muy lenta)

Tuve inconvenientes en el chek in, primero me asignaron una habitación y cuando fui a ella al abrir la puerta estaba ocupada, baje me quejé, me dieron otra y nunca se abrió la puerta con la llave, recien en la tercera opción me dieron una habitación y estaba correctamente. Sin tomar en cuenta que la primera tenía una hermosa vista al lago y después de los inconvenientes , me asignaron una con vista al estacionamiento. No volvería en época de fin de semana largo, ya que había muchos chicos que utilizaban las piletas para saltar, o hacer bombas al tirarse, y nadie, ni los pasres ni personal del hotel les dijeron que no podía hacerlo.
