"Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was inconvenient. For consideration, there are no elevators as it is a heritage building, so if you have mobility issues or struggle with stairs then reconsider. Staff is only there for 12 hours vs. 24/7. If it weren't for the water situation, I'd have given this a perfect rating. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would recommend it."
