"If you need Wifi ,- forget it! Drops out even in lobby. So frustrating."

"Hotel está em estado de abandono, extremamente sujo, carpetes encardidos, rodapés descolando e mofados, elevador sujo e espelhos encardidos, cheiro muito forte de mofo pelos corredores, não se encontra funcionários pelo hotel. Quarto, lençóis velhos e com rasgos, com cheiro muito forte de mofo, o ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto e com cheiro estranho, banheiro a torneira pingando e chão sujo."

"The hotel is quirky and full of interesting knock knacks and paintings. It is on the main square and next to the Amazon Theatre with good access to bars and restaurants. I stayed on two separate occasions for one night each. There was a problem between Expedia and the hotel who had not received my booking for the first stay but the lady on reception was great and we got a room albeit the one nearest the breakfast room so potentially noisy but we were up early anyway. The second occasion we had a room overlooking the square. The bed was an old one so quite low and hard, and the street was noisy. Most annoying is the squeaking bathroom door and that you should not flush toilet paper. However this is outweighed by the location and the quirkiness"

"No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place."

"yes the room was very clean. Staff was nice. They always had someone on staff who spoke good english. Rooms and air conditioning were very comfortable. Breakfast was generally good, when not too crowded"
