"This hotel is incredible! The staff, food and best of all, the guided bike rides were amazing! Beautiful place to stay! Will definitely come back! It is well suited for bikers of all levels but also have alternatives for non cyclists, my husband enjoyed the hiking and visiting historical sites with the guide, Cristina. "The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"

"Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"
