"A great hotel with all the charm of Provence. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Rooms are charming and romantic. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for dinner. "The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-minute walk from the shopping and dining district of "new" Avignon (across the river from the "old" walled city). Beautiful grounds and courtyard, peaceful setting, very helpful staff, and a diverse group of guests.Get a room with a balcony facing the courtyard/gardens if you can! It's not as convenient to the walled city but we had a car and drove to the walled city and surrounding cities with relative ease.
