"This hotel was gorgeous and in the perfect location for Bellagio! My only complaints are 1) that the air conditioning is locked so it’s either blowing directly on your bed (so you freeze) or it’s off and it gets unbearably warm and 2) there is a large gap under the door from your room to the corridor so you can hear EVERYTHING at all hours day and night"

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."
