Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem. "Although it was in a lower class neighborhood it was beautiful. When I arrived an older staff member noticed I was having a little trouble with my bag and came down the entry stairs and carried it to the front desk for me. The staff were friendly and polite and it was clean throughout. And I have to say that the capriccio at the coffee shop was the best."
