9/10 Wonderful! (653 reviews)
Found water damage in my room and it also had a moldy smell. My wife had to exchange pillows twice. Also the water temperature would get extremely hot when showering. The staff however were outstanding.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
This was my first time staying here and I come to Bangkok monthly for business/ They are very friendly and helpful. Its a a goo location with a 7-11 at the end of the drive way and lots of food options. I would stay here again for sure. They were also very helpful during the flooding of Bangkok trying to help get me to the airport on time.

On the other hand, you can leave your id card instead of cash but still ..."

"They need to make it more upgraded. The safety is my concern too. My room is by the stairwell and it's scary if someone can sneak in from the stairwell. Sofas are kinda used up. They use a lot MSG in the restaurant. I was sick for the entire stay after eaten the first meal."
