There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. "The arrival was very smooth, we got to the hotel at around 10am which we were worried we would need to keep our bags until 3pm but they tagged them and placed them in a secure room for us to collect later that day. We were offered a drink whilst there if we opted for the bedroom to not be cleaned whilst on our 2 night stay too which I thought was a good idea. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room and whole hotel was clean. The galleys on each floor were a good idea but unfortunately for us we were on the north side of the building on floor 3 which meant there was a walk to the lift to floor 2 or 4 then a very long walk to the far south of the hotel to get a coffee or iron clothes, would be nice to have a closer one for the north side residents too. Breakfast buffet was nice too, would be nice if it was to start at the same time as mon-Friday still but there was a nice touch for people leaving the hotel before it opened, they had croissants and coffee available at the bar. We would stay again if we were to ever travel there again and may try their other hotels if they’re all like this one. Thank you for a lovely stay "
