"The hotel was in a central location with very easy access to public transport, lovely restaurants and shopping. The family room was very clean with comfortable beds and nice toiletries.
The only problem I had was with the bathroom, separate toilet and outside basin. All three were placed in a very tight space. The shower cubicle didn't have proper water retaining door and the shower water would inadvertently splash outside making a mess.
All in all, it was a quiet peaceful stay with kids."
"Very clean breakfast, was good, but the restaurant could change the menu as the same every day. Could have done with a little shop to sell amenities."
"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night.
Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "
