The hotel was excellent in so many ways --- the old quarter location was perfect, the lobby and room were clean and attractive, the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a large variety of choices, but it was the STAFF that truly made it the best place to stay in Hanoi!! They were all so helpful,--- from accommodating my early check in after a long train ride, to arranging taxis, remembering the way I like my coffee in the restaurant, the bartenders in the lovely little sky bar, the cleaning staff, the reception personnel who really "saved" me when I was having an issue with my phone and needed a travel document printed.....I can't say enough good things about them all!! I have stayed here several times in the past two years, and conside it s true gem in the city. Highly recommend!

Stayed on the last couple of days of my Vietnam trip. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. I was given an upgraded room - It was amazing, the room was exceptionally clean, large and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful on front desk. Thank you for the upgrade and the birthday cake! You really did make the weekend amazing.
