The staff were incredible. They provided fabulous service and were very helpful around sites to see and where to eat. The hotel itself was in a great location with big rooms that were clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was great. I would totally recommend staying here.

good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big ...

Excellent value for money - rooms nice and clean enough. Breakfast is basic but nice that its included. I do think as most other resorts include free bicycle rental, that this should be included aswell. Dog in the corner of the hotel makes me really sad.
