"Super nice experience, when I arrived is earlier then the normal check in time, the front desk guy is super sweet offer me free tea and dessert at the lounge area with phenomenal river view while I’m waiting for them to get my room ready. room is clean and quiet!! "Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience."

"This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. The night view out the window with the Farris wheel was serene, very relaxing place. The breakfast had great selections and lots of local favorites. It also had a nice clean pool. I would recommend this place to anyone!"
