Some of the staff were excellent but one member of dtaff at a bad attitude removing towels from the pool she also told us that it was inappropriate for customers to have 2 towels we were not told this on arrival we did tell the manage who round speak to the staff member it’s not something ..."

"Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to be helpful. Room was great. A bit of noise from restaurant below and street, however quieted after midnight."
