Nice place located in a small town, staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. Had a few issues getting the toilet to flush properly (it was a bit older), but otherwise things went well. I would definitely stay here again.
Really missed the breakfast from our last stay here. However the shop accross the road has an excellent hot food counter open from before 8am during the week and meant we could itemise what the family wanted to eat. This is a great wee spot and I would definately stay again.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of many of Dublin's main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure.
Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.
Conveniently located. The room was basic, but of a good size. We were there during a hot day, and it made sleeping difficult. I asked for a fan, but there are none. Other than that, the staff is friendly.
Great spot to spend the last night in Ireland before you have to go to the Dublin airport. Small village, but this hotel is connected to a bar and restaurant. We had a midmorning flight and left here at 630am and we got to airport in about 35 minutes. The food in the restaurant was excellent ask for a room in the back because the front is on the street and you can hear traffic until about 11 PM.
Food great, bar great, room good.
Problem..no wi fi working and normal phone service non existent in the building. Had to step outside.
No tv remote.
Only had shower gel in shower, nothing in sink.
No iron but there was ironing board!

Room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant downstairs was lovely and the people were welcoming!
Pleasant bar with a good atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. We had some food in the restaurant that was fine without being exceptional and it was reasonably priced. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
The staff was great the rooms were cozy and the town is adorable. We traveled with 6 kids and 2 adults split into two rooms. Pretty quiet in general, it is above a pub on a Saturday night, so there was partying but the rooms were mostly soundproof and we slept very well. Even the toddler.
Peaceful village stay. Lovely, peaceful stay at Daly Inn. The staff and locals are very welcoming. Property new decorated, warm and cosy. Showers are powerful&always hot. Bed comfy. Daly Inn Bar/Restaurant - just one the way - serves lunch and evening meals - sports on tv 1 - staff are wonderful. Aroma cafe across the road, daybreak shop and donore takeaway - all great business. Please support.
I will book again and return to Donore

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Excellent location forNewgrange- clean and the welcome pack was appreciated.
However, there was no cold water in the wash basin though the shower was fine.
The Wi-Fi password did not work though we tried several times.
Sadly, we arrived at 18.20 to discover the kitchen was closing that night at 18.40 which would have been a rush and allowed no time to relax after a long journey.
We were told of another restaurant a few miles away but that had closed when we got there.
We ended up in Duleek having the worst chip supper we have ever experienced.
Such a shame!
