"Very convenient when arriving into San Juan late or leaving for an extra early morning! Staff is very friendly. Room’s are nice and clean! I have stayed here a few times. Definitely recommend if needing a quick stay. "

"We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Our only suggestion would be to keep the pool bar/restaurant open later. We would have loved to stayed out there for a pre-dinner snack. Overall, would stay again and recommend 100%"

"Love the room. It was clean and spacious and quiet. Our balcony overlooked the water. It was beautiful. The hotel itself was wonderful. The restaurant and shopping was great."

"The room has a beautiful view. They need to touch up the balcony area though. A little paint and the railing could be tightened up a little. The couch inside the room needs a good cleaning or maybe just an upgrade. If your getting breakfast included don’t think there’s this big old breakfast you can chose from it’s basic. Coffee, muffin or a jimmy deans egg and cheese croissants. Hotel was clean the staff was friendly. The machine you have to use to check your car in and out was so annoying some days it work right away somedays it didn’t. Overall I liked the hotel it was a 7/10."

"Our room had a beautiful ocean view. It was cleaned and organized every day. Everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. The casino was a great touch as well. You don’t even have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Would definitely recommend and return. "
