"I was charged a cleaning fee after I was told I would get a credit for the washing machine having old dirty water sitting in it when my daughter put her pants in there to wash. Also Omar promised me a complimentary bottle of water and they charged my card for it. Horrible service will never stay there again."

"There were multiple areas that needed to be vacuumed in the hallways and lobby. The carpets seemed dirty and the chairs/couch seemed like they were overdue to be cleaned. The beds and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. "
