"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable for my terrible back. Breakfast options were limited and average compared to other hotels. Staff were not replenishing food an hour before closing. Coffee was empty in both restaurant and in main lobby one day. Parking was convenient. Pool and hot tub were nice."

"The breakfast was outstanding. The parking spaces were tight! The pool was waaay too far away. I didn’t want to walk across 3 parking lots to get to it. People were loud near us, but in the room it was quiet enough. The room seemed clean, but the extra security door lock was broken. The bed was comfortable for both of us and I have all kinds of back problems. Watch out for the makeup wipes—my eyes and face were burning so I had to wash it all off."

"We loved the staff, the quiet location and the cleanliness of the property. We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Eugene. Pros: room was clean and spacious. It stayed cool and was quiet. Fresh ice water and hot coffee was always available. EVERY front desk worker was so friendly and helpful! I was able to grab boiled eggs and bananas for us for breakfast as well. Only con was that there was no freezer in our room, and we needed to use our freezer packs in our sports lunches. I probably could’ve asked the front desk to freeze them for us."
