"Pleasantly surprised by hotel, beautiful modernized rooms with air conditioning.super clean and very comfortable beds! Had a great sleep! Staff was very welcoming, enjoyed a great seafood meal at restaurant, waiters were very attentive and provided meal suggestions. Hotel Also offers free breakfast buffet with a good variety of options, continental, eggs, fruits, pastries, etcโฆ.coffees,tea, juices. Great service with Hotel Shuttle which is included free of charge, to/from Airport, which is about 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport. Highly reccomend and will stay there again on my next trip! โค๏ธ"

"Everything is great except the fact that the shuttle to airport was fully booked and we had to take taxi, but we originally planned this hotel in order to have shuttle to airport. If we know this ahead of time that we had to reserve ahead of time it was not an issue but we got cut by surprise."
