"Only stayed a night, LHR Hoppa (shuttlentook me straightbthere alothughbthebwait was around 45 mkns. The hotel had everything I needed. Conceirge staff were good, restaurant and bar was quick and efficient, Room was quiet, bathroom was hot and clean. Decent TV and channels. I would return. Recommend."

"Only stayed one night as catching a flight from Heathrow the following day. Room generally clean though stains on carpet. Bathroom clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel & Room was nice, clean, spacious. The breakfast was good, but not worth £18. Having to also pay £18 for the car park as a paying guest was unexpected, not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Having queried this with staff, the parking would have been free had I booked direct and not via hotels.com!"

"Clean room. Everything you need in a hotel room. Pool situation is annoying, went in the evening too book but was told to just come down in the morning before 9am and it be okay. Arrive at to swim at 8:30 and was told we should of booked, explained we tried to last night and was told last night it be okay but was told no you have to come down at 6am to book for rhe day, you cant do it the night before.. and the "sauramraium was not hot" as thw door was faultly and did not shut. It was also annoying that they decied to replace thw hallway carpet during our stay with no prior notice/warning. so was awoken early 2 out of the 3 mornings to building work and met wirh carpet dust when leaving."
