"I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas. I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric. The blow dryer that was available in the room was matted with hair on the intake section of the device. Overall, I was very disappointed that a room that cost over $400, even on a holiday weekend, was presented in such conditions. I will not be returning ... "

"The staff was very friendly, and the room, along with the facilities, was clean. The breakfast was a typical American style, but it was very appreciated. I would definitely return and recommend this place for a stay. "

"This was one of the cutest boutique hotels I’ve seen I really loved it and can’t wait to go back! I really also loveddd the circus theme throughout the entire hotel. It just needed some small mini amenities like handheld soap body lotion and shower gel to take home lol. "

"The place was disgusting. Door hinge lock was broken. Towels had rust from the towel rack on them. Breakfast was subpar. Plumbing was so noisy, I could hear when the guest in the next room were taking showers. Comparable to the BATES motel. "

"Parking garage was a long walk from hotel and included stairs. Hard for my elderly father to navigate. Area around this downtown area is being revitalized…. But was was a bit sketchy to walk around. Sirens woke us up 2 out of 3 nights."
