"They DO NOT have staff at night. We tried to check in and call for assistance but were unable to do so. We ended up going to another hotel that was open and had a receptionist. We could not check into this hotel."

"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) ..."
