"The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We liked the garden and grounds and the hotel decor. The drink and food were of excellent quality. We spent most of the time in the Spa and was well looked after by Emily who was most attentive, helpful, happy and delightful staff member. The massage was fabulous and relaxing. The L'Arivee is one of the few hotels we would happily book again."

Room was lovely, up in the eaves, light and airy and I love the football themed artwork around the place, especially the one in the bedroom which covered one wall. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area."

"All good but when I tired to check in the receptionist told me I can't stay in hotel becouse I don't work in Germany. After long conversation I was allowed to stay. In the morning was very loud noise from out side. There is garage very closed to hotel. Overall good service,very clean, nice room."
