"I always stay at this property and in less than two months I feel and noticed the difference in everything. I also asked if they change management because it was awful. This hotel was squeaky clean, happy staff, and the gave us before complimentary water. This time was no water, the floor was dirty in front of elevators and elevators as well. The gym without wipes to clean. We arrived at the hotel at 11:50pm the night before, they knock the door at 9:00am for house keeping when we were sleeping. First time that they call at the room at 11:09am for the check out. It is a noticeable change in everything, so sad for us because that was our Fayetteville place to stay when we visit our son."

"Stayed here for an extended trip and it quickly started feeling less like a hotel and more like a reset button. The room stayed clean, the staff was consistently welcoming, and the atmosphere made long-term travel surprisingly comfortable. A few small things could be improved, but overall it made being away from home feel a whole lot lighter."
