It's a nice modern hotel right next to a Shoppingcenter. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast. It's worth a stay, good value for money.

Quero registrar que no check-in de balcão foi solicitado um apto que acomodasse dois hóspedes do gênero masculino e, portanto, com distanciamento das camas de solteiro. No entanto, diferentemente de outra ocasião que utilizamos o hotel, não houve atendimento para esse pedido, o que deixou a estadia muito desconfortável. Lamentável.

Atendimento ruim

A falta de educação de um funcionário para com meu esposo que estava pedindo ajuda a outra funcionária do hotel, tornou a estadia extremamente desagradável. Só não mudamos de hotel pois havia outro casal conosco e não tinha disponibilidade p todos.

Não recomendo!

Fiz uma reserva para 2 diárias e infelizmente tive que encerrar na primeira diária. Estava muito frio durante a estadia e o hotel estava com problemas na bomba de água quente, ou seja, tomamos banho em água fria por esse motivo. O problema não foi resolvido até na manhã seguinte, como nos foi informado. Além disso a infraestrutura do prédio não tem muito isolamento, é possível escutar tudo o que se passa nos apartamentos de cima ao seu, prejudicando assim o descanso. Quarto ok, cama e limpeza ok. Podemos não ter dado sorte nos dias da estadia, porém não recomendo arriscar.
